User conduct and rules

When using NetzMaxKlug services users must act responsibly and respectfully. The following rules apply to participation in courses and use of the website.

By submitting content you grant NetzMaxKlug a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the content as necessary to provide the service and improve course offerings.

Users must ensure submissions do not infringe third-party rights, violate privacy, or contain illegal material. NetzMaxKlug may remove content that breaches these terms.

NetzMaxKlug may remove or disable access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law. Requests for reinstatement should include justification and supporting information.

Intellectual property

NetzMaxKlug reserves the right to change prices. Existing bookings will be honored at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid content until payment is resolved. NetzMaxKlug may pursue outstanding amounts through appropriate channels.
